How I Navigate Stressful Periods in my VA Business

I started my VA business because I wanted more control and freedom in my life.

But that doesn’t mean I don’t have stressful periods.

Last week was so busy that I felt really overwhelmed.

✺ What I do then is keep breathing. Just 10 deep breaths whenever I felt stressed.

✺ I also keep eating healthy. It’s so easy to just eat junk food because cooking is just too much.

✺ I checked my schedule to see if there were things on there that could wait and I moved those things. Not everything has to happen that day or week. Some things can wait.

This can also apply to things in your private life. Because I love to be at home, I don’t schedule much people-ing.

But if you have a lot on your plate you can cancel. People will understand.

✺ I would have love to say that I did a workout every day, but I didn’t. I did walk with my dog every day though.

But all-in-all I’m super grateful for these busy weeks ♡.

I created my dream business. A business that gives me the freedom to work from home and the freedom to work with amazing clients.

It’s also a good thing to sometimes be busy.

You once dreamed of having this many clients.
