Oh, what a good question! Five years ago I worked for a boss. I was sick all the time. Of course, only in the weekend because I couldn’t miss work. Mind you in the Netherlands we get paid even when we are sick. But my sense of responsibility was so great that I did almost everything to not be sick from Monday till Friday.
