Top 5 reasons why Squarespace is the best website platform

My absolute favorite website platform is Squarespace. I also work with WordPress but that platform doesn't hold a candle to Squarespace. In this blog, I will give you my 5 reasons why Squarespace is the best website platform.

1. Easy to use

Squarespace has an excellent page builder. They work with blocks and you just have to grab and drop the block you want and start typing, adding images or whatever you want. Once you dropped the block somewhere you can always change the position by grabbing it again. 

Also, the menu is very self-explanatory. Pages is for adding and editing your pages. Design is for the changing of colors, fonts, adding your logo, etc. Marketing is for SEO, a promotional pop-up, and social media. And so on.

2. You don’t have to be a technical genius

Squarespace takes care of everything. You don’t have to add and update plugins to make your website work. You don’t need to make back-ups. This is all taken care of for you. And if you don’t want to you don’t have to work with difficult coding. Of course you can add fun stuff with code like a round cookie banner. Check my blog on how to do that.

3. Stunning templates

Squarespace has stunning templates you can use. They are totally customizable to how you want your website to look. For every branch, they have a particular template that will let you shine. You also can change templates whenever you want. For free. With version 7.1 all the templates seem different but basically they are the same.

4. Email Marketing System

Squarespace has its own email marketing system. So, if you are just starting or you want everything in one place this is ideal. It’s an add-on feature but the pricing is very compatible.

5. Collaborations

Squarespace has a couple of collaborations that will make your business life a little bit easier. My favorites are Unsplash for beautiful stock photos and MailChimp when you already have your marketing system set up with them.

As you can read there is a lot to love about Squarespace and now you know why my absolute favorite website platform is Squarespace.
