Why not just use Instagram as my website?

Don't use social media accounts as the sole platforms to build and grow your business. 

You don't own anything you put on social media. All your posts, reels, stories, pins, and tweets are owned by different social media companies. As soon as you click post it's completely out of your hand.

They all have an algorithm so you don't even know if all your followers will see your new content. They can block you. They can decide to stop their platform. 

So, to have complete control of your content you need to have a website. Everything you put on it is yours. All your dream humans can find you 24/7 and buy from you. Even when you sleep or are on that amazing trip.

I'm not saying that you don't need social media accounts for your marketing. They are definitely very helpful. But always make sure they lead to your website.
