You’re not selfish for putting yourself first.

Let that sink in.

You’re the most important person in the world. Period.

I know you want to help people, the people in your life, and also as many clients as possible.

And that’s such an amazing quality to have.

But let me tell you after I had my burnout in 2014, my priorities changed.

I used to go over my boundaries every single time. I didn’t even know what boundaries were, to be honest.

I really had to learn to take care of myself.

Because that’s what you do when you put yourself first, you take care of yourself.

When you fall, because you’re helping all these other people, you can help nobody.

So put yourself first.

In the last call in The Accelerator, we’re going to go over a checklist so you don’t miss anything. You’re going to write everything down so you can come back to it later.
